FAQ

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions. Feel free to contact us if you have any more questions.

  • What type of dumpsters do you have? Do you have roll off containers?
We do not have roll off containers, we have dump trailers. See our Rentals page on our website for more details on the trailers we have available.
  • Who rents dumpsters from you?
Anyone who will accumulate a lot of waste and doesnt want to deal with it or doesnt know what to do with it! Some examples are contractors, home owners, and realtors. Also anyone looking to have building material, mulch, or topsoil delivered. Contact us for more details on delivering items.
  • Is there anything I CANNOT throw in the dumpsters?
The following hazardous materials may NOT be thrown in the dumpsters: - Hazardous waste, wet concrete, industrial waste, herbicides and pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), petroleum-contaminated soil/lead paint chips, - Chemical products, Flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, antifreeze, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.) - Refrigerators, tires, computers, televisions, mobile phones, fluorescent tubes, - E-waste (electronic waste), batteries, medical waste, asbestos, railroad ties, animals, barrels, - All liquids, hot or burning ashes, Dirt, brick and dry concrete are all acceptable materials but when mixed with trash CAN put you over the tonnage capacity very easily. They MUST be separated in separate trailers.
  • When will I get the price and what will it include?
When you book online, you will see the cost there. The price includes a one time fill of the dumpster, delivery, and disposal of up to 1 ton.
  • Will I need a permit to use the dumpster?
You most likely will not need a permit if placed on private property, like a driveway, because we do not have roll off containers - we have dump trailers, but check with your local municipality for permit regulations.
  • Is there anything I should do before the dumpster arrives?
Yes. To make the most out of the dumpster rental, you will need to prepare for its arrival. By choosing the right drop-off location, you will be able to do a significant amount of work quickly and efficiently without causing obstructions. Here are a few things you can be doing as you wait for the dumpster drop-off: 1. Choose an ideal spot to place the dumpster. The location should not be hilly, soft or sandy, and should not be on the side of the street. 2. When choosing the drop-off spot, be sure to account for the length and height of the delivery truck. 3. Clean up and clear out obstructions. Remove any debris, cars, toys, trash cans, or fences that may be on the way of the drop off zone. This minimizes the risks of dumpster property damage. If you are afraid of damaging the asphalt or concrete, or the drop-off spot is soft or sandy, be sure to place plywood or boards underneath the dumpster rental. Inform the driver about the drop off zone and ensure that the dumpster is dropped off at your designated spot.
  • Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Unlike roll off dumpsters, our dump trailers are less likely to damage driveways and lawns. But there is still a slight risk of damaging your driveway due to the weight of the dumpster and the truck. We cannot be held responsible for damages. We recommend that the customer protects any surface where the dumpster is being placed with a couple of 4' x 8' sheets of plywood or 2" x 10" pieces of wood.
  • Can I get the dumpster delivered the same day I request it?
If it is available, yes you can. We recommend you give us a call to see if available.
  • What happens if I have to cancel my booking?
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled drop off time, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
